Look I don't always agree with everything PMF says, but on this occasion he's right. There's no "lift off" here, this is more likely the auditors not being comfortable to sign off the accounts (even with a "Material Uncertainty" going concern note) and the Directors being comfortable to let it go into suspension so it doesn't continue to trade, further compromising their own positions. Unfortunately this is a very strong sign of the beginning of the end, and if you're not already out then there's a high probability that you've cooked whatever you still have in. I feel sympathy for both shareholders and the directors here, this will not be pleasant :/
