Having had a face-to-face with the MD for over an hour at 3.5c, I left feeling that there was quite a gap in the business's understanding of health provider needs. That doesn't work for a so-called health marketplace that pulls together providers and consumers. As for appointment bookings, I think the belief that it was not important to develop a well-designed and functional app to drive consumer uptake was also a mistake. Simple usability issues didn't help.

Passionate? Sure, but that doesn't necessarily translate into domain expertise. Overcompensated? Yes, I think to the detriment of other staff. Transparent? Well, between the lines, shareholder updates certainly had a consistent message.
