The CR is very real, but a great time to complete.
Have seen too many companies kill any momentum doing a CR, so he has tied it nicely to a rocket.
Good for those investing too, so makes it easy to get the $10m without too significant a discount required.
There is never a good time to CR for those already invested, but this seems clever.
Focus should return to the great P2 results!
