The CR is a rights issue with the shortfall secured by instros. The way I take this they are rewarding existing shareholders who have taken a beaten since IPO. I dont think they necessarily needed the funds at this stage but this rights issue with the oppies are a reward for the LTHs who are still holding from IPOand believe in the story.
