How is this rewarding shareholders?
Raising capital at the bottom = maximum dilution to existing shareholders if they don’t participate/cough up more dough after the burn from management
Why would you not do it after showing the market positive data to entice a higher raise price?
A big slap in the face if you ask me and poor form.
A way to reward shareholders would be saying I’ll accept a $1 yearly salary remuneration package or similar
