you need to raise before news that’s how you get $$ from people,
if all the news is out of the way then you won’t get the punters in otherwise the risk reward isn’t there.
you’ll have to sell some TLX to take up your rights.
unless you are a coal producer everything has been in a downtrend basically so not really management fault. Just my opinion.
and in this market every rally has been dumped into on good news so it doesn’t really matter.
