sacking staff and skeleton crew = process low grade stockpiles and focus on resource building.
dude is making gcy an explorer again. this means that it is likely that it wont start ramping up the mining production again for at least 9-12 months.
redundancy = good way to clean out all the rubbish staff too.. lol
its a re-build and and will likely to draw a suitor for a takeover at cents in the dollar.
