What is the highest premium a stock can sell for above current list price? is there a percentage or some rules regarding this? Or is this up for discussion? If stocks can get a discount of a 5-10 day average does that work in reverse? Or could RIO come along and want to offer $5 for a decent amount of shares?

Hypothetically of course and just asking as I've not really had experience in this.

$2 would be a bit of a steal, although on paper a premium.

Even $2.50 would leave a lot of fat for those brokers involved in the raise to profit handsomely.

A short term target of $4 would certainly not be out of the question ($175 MCap pre-raise / $220 MCap post raise) if raise is 10 million at $2
