Significant change to the nature or scale of a listed entities activities.
I'm guessing that with the amount of work that's been done on the processing and marketing of diamonds that this suspension relates to a SCALE acquisition.
Who knows BDM may be doing something with Lucapa as Lucapa hinted some time ago that they wanted to look at downstream processing and sales.
Would this warrant a suspension?
A simple duel.listing on the Aim would not require a suspension till February.
This could be out for an extended time.
Never like it when a stock gets suspended for such a period of time. Can't remember one I've been involved in that ended well for all shareholders.
Let's wait and see what management have to say
