My bet is Peter wanted to retire and at this junction was his chance.
He's done enough, good job too.
I said back when Kim Truter was hired, he had retail experience in the diamond industry and I got laughed at by nearly everybody at the suggestion we might go retail.
Its evolving nicely IMO, wouldnt have it any other way.
