This was so obviously coming. The governance to let it go this late in the date was crap, and I told them as much in a terse but civil communication.

YOu are a price taker not a price setter when leaving capital raises so late and the stock falls and falls on expectations. Depending on the structure (retail component or not) the stock will probably fall to/near the discount price issue initially, but longer term, with capital on board, if growth continues as it has, this could be the last time the stock trades under $0.20.
