There has to be more to this story. Not so long ago the Directors signed off a raft of legal questions from the ASX regarding solvency. And reiterated that there was no need for any kind of capital raise from shareholders as they were confident of a positive cashflow scenario going forward.
if they do end up being insolvent , I would not like to be in any of the Directors shoes.
