Hi sodge......................... mate gotta make way for the 100's of steel Chinese built windmills that will take up many 1000's square meters (not sure of area) in the way of shipping lanes - whale migration paths - fishing areas- bird migration paths etc etc . AND these windmills -and concrete bases ? built from gas - oil coal - oops and possibly by a type of slave labour (the latter I am not sure we will never know ?) Hypocrites????

Mate yah gotta get your priorities right. Right ?

Also I thought, from my school science days, much experience with steel (Fe) and salt water since, there is a problem called R U S T - even stainless steel (especially of Chinese origin). Now I see the on going maintenance of these horrific structures as a multiple $$$$$$$$$$$$$$ burden on the tax payers. So much so that the whole exercise will be a big negative $$$$$$$$ hole.

And remember the North Shore mob, the Save our Coast, the privileged Point Piper and surrounds did not want 1 gas (some said oil- they cannot tell the difference -but highly edu me cated ??) and 5 klms off shore (nah 28-29 klms). Now possibly Chinese windmills ha ha ha ha . Morons!

Now gas under water to shore and with new processes - I believe to capture carbon ??. Well nah this wont work. Too simple ,me thinks.
Whata we need gas oil coal for --- er well basically everything ???? No more concrete-fly ash ?? (the biggest produced item on the planet) asphalt/tar (oops pot holes) - grease, nah - fuel, nah -fertiliser for food production - nah, just grow things out of the ground. I could go on.

When one gets a chance (you must be honest with yourself- no one else) - sitting in your kitchen etc - stop look at all the individual items and ask this question:- Find something that has been produced (not living matters) without the use of 'oil-gas coal'
