DD, that seems like a logical list of potential outcomes. What I am a bit baffled by is the fact that the trading halt was made 2 days ago re “update on court proceedings “ yet within the two day window no further information has been disclosed.
How would you half a sniff of an update on court proceedings, In my mind there is either new information to be disclosed ( ie an update) or there isn’t (ie no update).
We currently have been told there is an update, yet there actually isn’t one….huh.
A bit like the primary school playground antics, “do you want to know a secret?”…… “ not telling you!!”
Anyhow par for the course for the BPH/BUY schmozzle. The trading halt woke my from my slumber prematurely, so back to the comfy chair dreaming of the “big” announcement!
