RHY could fundamentally disagree with such reasons and take up the issue via ongoing communications with the TGA. Even so, in such an instance, RHY is still required to immediately disclose the TGA decision irrespective of whether ongoing communications with TGA are taking place. That this has not happened would indeed be very strange,
