If we had a knock back from TGA and this was received on the day we went into a TH then RHY must announce this in timely fashion. There is no way it takes more than the 2 days of TH to put pen to paper. If there has been further communication with TGA relating to more testing data required some other issue surrounding the decision this in no way justifies delaying the announcement and exceeding the 2 day halt and going into suspension. Its as simple as that. The decision must be disclosed in timely fashion ( within the 2 days). Same applies if we got approval. So I can't help but think the TGA must have advised a decision was about to be communicated, RHY immediately calling a TH, but the communication was not received within the 2 day period which after allowing for some extra time, the ASX had to step in and force the suspension. Nothing else really makes sense since a communicated decision, good or bad, must be announced to the ASX immediately
