Watched a recent Youtube interview featuring Gianni Kovacevic who is a very intelligent copper & lithium investor. He is also the Director of Canadian listed LithiumBank, TSXV:LBANK, who have acquired millions of acres of land in Canada & North America for lithium brine.

Projects have very low concentration of 68-82 mg/L Li & DLE will be used. One site on 0.57M acres has 0.393Mt LCE @ 71.6 mg/L indicated + 5.8Mt LCE @ 68mg/L inferred. The other site has initial sample of 82 mg/L & is on 1.57M acres. Has AUD $42.8M MC.

He was acquiring all the lithium land while prices were depressed a few years ago. He did the same with copper sites before. He mentions a mega bull run for lithium. Also mentions that approx. 5% of mining explorers are the real deal with the other 95% being lifestyle companies. Mentions that management team is very important & that the same group of management are successful. And he explains the returns expected & risks. Explorers with untested land have most upside & highest risk, explorers stepping out drilling & increasing resource have less upside & finally when fully de-risked & about to commence production lowest risk & lowest upside. However, he mentions you can take good calculated risks with small explorers to increase probability of success.

Being next to Bonnie Claire with lithium that has been converted to battery grade lithium, Nevada Lithium's drill holes near Scotty's tenement along with recent surveys allows for high probability calculated risk. Trieste being very close to Adina along the same greenstone belt also allows for a high probability calculated risk but not as certain as Scotty's.
