Don't think it will impact anything significantly, it is VERY greedy and cheeky however imo...Directors wanting a final top up cheap before re-rating, don't blame them as they will have had the brokers hounding & convincing them given the greedy sharks they are, but poor form imo...first black mark against Chris in my eyes...
