Certainly not saying they have done the right thing by shareholders. Just interested in the events that can cause this suspension more than anything. DF has been digging himself a hole for some time. If this turns out to be some sinister attempt to back door something that required shareholder approval, that will be a nail in the coffin of his reputation as an MD.
