I was left reading that into it as well. I am thinking WTF, how can a loss of 1 director mean that the shares cannot be traded any further. Where is the risk management and contingency planning on behalf of the current board and executive. This is inexcusable! You can't hold up trading in a listed share simply because of 1 person leaving the company. they should have sufficient directors to have quorum factoring in that some will leave from time to time. This is bloody poor management in my view.
