‘Fred Bart has not sold his shares’
How do you know that?
For all I know Bart could have given notice prior to the start yesterday’s trading and sold a million shares before the market was informed of his resignation late in the afternoon. I’m just surmising but your stating a fact.
The market does not have to be informed about what an ex-director does whin their shares so how do you know if he has or hasn’t sold?
