I tend to agree. Unless the Director yelled "I'm leaving" as he walked out the door at 3:30 the company should have asked for a voluntary suspension in advance.
This type of thing is just annoying as it's simple ASX / ASIC rules that need to be followed, they're not a recommendation, they're non-negotiable standards and whilst I love this company this is really unacceptable.
I’ll just have a big sigh and get over myself though, too much upside to look forward to!
