But why are we in suspension?
I will say the disappointing thing with this is that again WBT are again non compliant with ASX listing rules. Why wasn’t this foreseen with Freds resignation? Where is the back up plan with one Australian director needed to comply with ASX listing rules with only one Australian director? Hell i will put my hand up!!
Not a good look, yet they still traded post his resignation announcement 30mins prior to close whist not complying with asx listing rules
