I hope to read USA publications Wednesday when the USA opens after the holiday... perhaps this is why there was a delay. Whilst there was a small window of trading on Monday.
Most of my contacts in the USA take the opportunity to switch off and enjoy the weekend.
Likely the key publications are the same, we would have more eyes major press releases once fund managers and traders return after the long weekend.
Would appear the financing and bell ring are just natural next steps not far away.
