And now they suspend until July 5th - in Aus - ie the suspension lasts just long enough to cover 4th July, but not past it? So how exactly has 4th of July been an impact?

I’ll explain.

The announcement is ready pending final review and signature. US folks walk into the office tonight, review the redlines, and approve/sign. Company receives signed copy overnight and presents the announcement to the ASX first thing tomorrow morning. We are out of suspension tomorrow.

It took me less time to come up with the above than it would have taken for you to type that shit out.
