My prediction is that they have successfully taken over TPD's assets, and now that they have, Walyering will shortly be announced.

I think they've rushed in to swoop on the uncertainty around Walyering, and TPD's dismal track record of CRs at lower prices.

STX could go bang bang with the double announcement
