I'm not convinced that we will be getting an offer that we will all be comfortable with. Suspect Colby et al will be focused more on securing their dollars rather than maximising benefits for all holders. Hope I am wrong but I guess we find out soon enough. It's always better to be surprised to the upside than disappointed by being overly optimistic. At least we will all get our say by voting in good time.
