I have no clue how Craig, Niall, Josh & Catherine are now going about raising funds after the failed NASDAQ listing, do they go the normal ASX Capital Raising route, or try to close a funding deal in the US. Not knowing, it is easy to play the " black hat " card, doom & gloom and all is lost, but there are alternatives in play.

As we know, there is significant funding available for MedTech in the USA. No doubt being listed on the ASX makes things a little more difficult to close deals in the US with these funds, but I'm hopeful the right funds will find a way through their own governance & rules to do so. We now have a company that has met the NASDAQ listing requirements , which are very strict, and can only help clear that path for US investment.

On top of Craig's experience in the US, and now at least 12 months of talking to investment groups, both Josh & Catherine have had plenty of experience raising funds in MedTech.
Josh raised $37M in Series B funding as CEO of DAYTWO (led by aMoon and Cathay Ventures) in 2021 . No doubt he has had a serious discussion with these guys once again.

And then there is our obvious lean towards maternal health.





And I notice a significant uptick in LinkedIn activity by Catherine / Josh towards VC companies in this target area.
