In the F1 release is states that they had institution investor interest but not enough to justify a dual listing.
Surely the Cardiex team would be in contact to see if this investor would participate in a capital raise in AUD.
The raise would have to have a cornerstone investor or be underwritten as no shareholder would be pulling money out of there pocket without this.
We have a corporate update coming up. Hopefully something positive here.
If the money from the cancelled trial came in with the money from the recent bond issue would really help the situation. Would not bet on this though.
