That was my same line of reasoning for asking if "voluntary suspension" could be a way to potentially reset the share price. An announcement of loan funding to be able to advance the graphite mine would be seen as a big positive move before AGM in the current market.

China's recent move has pushed nearly all graphite shares up a substantial amount which the BOD must be thinking is their get out of jail card to turn the share price around.
