Lets see what happens - I have had companies in the past do something similar.
The bigger concern for me as I have commented previously is why the apparent significant change in direction by proposing to make an acquisition - what has initiated this? - have AUZ given up on Sconi? Has LGE formally dissappeared?, are they giving up on Flemington?, where has the aquisition come from?, what is the revised strategy for AUZ?
Lets see what happens - I have had companies in the past do...
