VOLUNTARY SUSPENSION REQUEST
Talisman Mining Limited (ASX:TLM, “Talisman” or “Company”) refers to the Company’s Trading
Halt request dated 11 December 2023 pending release of an announcement in relation to exploration
results at the Company’s Lachlan Copper-Gold Project in NSW (“Announcement”).
The Company is not yet in a position to make the Announcement and accordingly the Company
requests that a voluntary suspension be implemented with immediate effect.
For the purposes of ASX Listing Rule 17.2 Talisman further advises:
• The Company anticipates that the voluntary suspension will remain in place until the earlier
of the commencement of normal trading on Friday 15 December 2023 or when the
Announcement is released to the market; and
• The Company is not aware of any reason why the request should not be granted or of any
further information necessary to inform the market about the voluntary suspension.
