Just rang geoff thompson from metex to get an idea of what is happening and the reason for the nice run from 8to 13 this week,, the 9th may was the deadline for those wanting to take up the share issue , and drilling is due to start on the 11th june,, but he felt the main reason for the run was the takeover bid by placer of aurion,, who happens to be the partner of metex for quite a bit of prospective ground, so going by the large buys punters like the idea of placer being metexs partner instead of aurion.?? would they be more aggressive with exploration.??
