Before you pass on your pointed conclusions would you like indicate what the basis for your assessment was that makes it seem "suss" to you. Companies get created out of thin air everyday. Usually because some of their founders have significant background experience in the fields they start their companies in. What about EM and its founders disturbs you and makes either seem "suss". I am assuming that you have done at least some searching for information that enables you to "tell" what kind of "suss" company EM is.
