I agree Plough - the auditor's report has been qualified for years - shame on you ASX.
Fred may more than likely be happy with the shares suspended - no more ASX letters, no more hecklers about the sp and either:
- wait until they are in mass production for an announcement and relisting (yes, if ?)
- buy out the minorities
- quietly slip into the night.
