In addition, Fred and anyone else on the board (Newing for eg) would not be able to vote on the proposal since they have a substantial interest in AKP. However, this scenario at this stage remains solely a picture that you have in your head and has not been proposed. Hence, it is not a subject that deserves much debate any more than any other fanciful idea. Now you've been active posting negative comments on this forum without any disclosed holding in AKP and also without any disclosed holding in PET. You've also asked posters here about their "morals." So I have a question for you - Please let us know what, if any, listed company that you DO hold shares in. Then please also let us know if you think that it would be "morally" correct for holders of AKP to troll forums on that company when they hold no shares in it? That would be if they could also be bothered at all with something they have no interest in. Be careful though, because there are a lot of trolls on here and some of them might be tempted.

I'll wade into that offer. You are welcome to troll the forums of the ASX20, where about 98% of my holdings reside. Ask them about comms, capital allocation, saleable products, moat, management reputation, and EPS. It's fine.
