Then you have EM not wanting to cough up the money and anyone that buys in the Chinese red tape issue is nuts, at the end of the day if they believed they were sitting on a gold mine it would have happened by now. Then it is the complete lack of urgency in diverting resources to AKP after multiple failed attampts to produce a functioning chip. If as AKP says it is just a minor issue it would have been prioritised.
