I dont think I buy into this "They have run out of money".
Heres another senerio. They "actually" have the tech and will be able to announce sucess/demo ect.. The SP rockets with some certainty . The note holders convert to equity if they are in the money why not?
Prehaps management is not so concerned as it will all come into line by late April.
The stress & worry is on this side as we dont know the state of actual progress.
