Some one that knows more than me was AP paying for fab time with the other vendors? Would EM not be fronting that dev cost? I wonder how much EM have run up with backend investment.

I can totally see from the auditors perspective that after April 31st based on the current situation, cash, delays why they would arrive at that opinion. No sane person wouldn't.
