    Will be interesting to see how this plays out.

    How long can he sit in suspension? Perceivlbly if it remains suspensed the ASX cant do much.

    lets say the 6" Fab comes through and he wants to raise, cant that not be done at the same time?

    If they get suspended and or delisted does this mean FB cant chair other listed companies? My question here is whats the downside for Management/board?

    The implications for shareholders is pretty clear.

    Ideas?
