I believe being the largest creditor secured or not, you can create a document of understanding with the receiver and buy the bones for cents on the dollar. Again of no value if the tech is not there.

Auditors calling material risk April onwards, seems reasonable as we don't have a product and the loans coming due + interest needs to be paid and we still need funds to continue.

As we are suspended the only focus needs to be on the 6" fab bringing the backup production wafers through, meeting spec, packaging them and we are off to the races.

FB, management & the top 20 have way more to loose and gain when this works.

Sit tight, made easier by the fact we don't have a choice! I still would not be selling if I did..
