Very much doubt the company is a scam .
Very much doubt the IP is worthless although it may not be worth as much now as it was prior due to how long it is taking to get to a saleable item .

You are assuming a secured creditor or creditor in general has done his doe just as "likely" as a shareholder who is most likely down the totem pole .
, Fred has up to now has a reputation for honesty and fairness so doubt he would jeopardise that even if legally entitled to do so if there was a change in the company's structure .
Going on from that becomes just speculation and conjecture
All I am prepared to say on the subject hope it works out for shareholders ( I did look at investing years ago however the San Francisco contact I made who AKP referenced at the time did not give me the most glowing feeling)
