I seem to have been foresighted enough to have put all these Anti-AKP trolls on ignore, so fortunately I have not been reading any of their posts. From the comments in response I do consider myself fortunate, because all of these issues have been dealt with in the past. The conspiracies just make no sense either financially or profitability wise. I put them down to overactive imaginations. Here is what I think is happening:

After several years of early development that have slowly moved through multiple levels of technology, AKP has formed an association with EM, based on common areas of interest in the audio industry and the MEMS industry with similar interests from both parties. This happened in around 2018 from what I can tell, and has been extremely active and productive ever since. There are quite plausible links between the personnel of both companies that are likely to have formed because of the spheres of interest of both, based on their connections through Israeli companies in parallel fields. This seems to have occurred when AP and EM were both looking at doing audio MEMS. AP needed access to a cooperative FAB, and EM was looking to make audio MEMS in local Chinese FABs. The convergence of their common interests led AP to engage EM's expertise and gave it access to Chinese FAB tech. AP has a unique technology that was seen by EM for the brilliant tech that it really is. A huge number of steps forward by AP has been made possible by this cooperation, using EM's existing MEMS expertise and access to FABs.

The production of remarkably good MEMS devices has led to final production versions being almost ready for receipt by AP in Israel. There have been a few problems right at the end of this process, but according to the company these are already in the process of being solved and are soon to result in approved finished products being completed and ready for testing. This is all in the announced and disclosed information of recent weeks and months. Just read the details if you want to know what has been happening. It's either all true or all lies: you be the judges. If you invest that is your decision. If you don't the same is true. One group is going to be right, the other wrong. That is the way this game works.

It seems increasingly clear (to me) that the company is highly focussed on getting these developments done, but at the same time it has been forced to account for the funding gap that has arisen almost solely because EM has not been given approval by the Chinese government to invest in foreign companies. Hardly surprising stuff considering current geopolitics. While the gap has been covered as required, by its Chairman putting in his own personal capital at risk to ensure that short term funding is not a distraction for the company from its main job, namely: getting the almost ready chip completely ready. With this government approval EM would already be happily investing in AKP so it can enjoy a strategically advantageous position as AKP's fabricator. What does that tell you? From every sense of information that has been advised or disclosed we can see a very plausible path from inception, tech development, through all the potential pitfalls of fabricating something that has never done before, to manufacturing, to taking the result to imminent commercialisation in what has been advised to the ASX as being likely to result in the first deliveries being expected in the March quarter but which are now 'slightly delayed'. How slightly? Well that I would not know, but I am expecting the results to appear pretty soon.

My guess would be that when the finished product appears, and gets the expected industry nod of approval for a great and groundbreaking product, that the share price is going to shift to reflect the market potential AP chips will have. At that point the company will have little problem raising whatever capital it needs to produce those same chips in huge volume, and to clip the ticket on every one that goes from the FAB direct to the customer, while AKP pockets a whole lot of dosh for its efforts.

Nobody has to agree with this analysis. But I would be most interested in seeing clear analysis based on sound data that that falsifies it. It is certainly in my interests to listen to such information. Until I do then that's my call. And my problem if I'm wrong.

But all the trolls of AKP whom I cannot point to because I don't know what they are saying, what are they going to get out of being right? What motivates them to keep their knocking? They are certainly not not to get anything out of being wrong. Or at least, not if they are investing in accord with their own advice. I have to assume that are simply attempting to save people from wasting their hard earned cash on a losing proposition like AKP out of their concern for us all. That is a very noble aim, which I am happy to acclaim.

    DYOR. GLTALTH!
