Beaches, I very much doubt AKP would have allowed themselves to be exposed to such a limited arrangement but not being privy to the agreements between AKP and EM it is impossible for us to know the factual answer. In order to meet supply criteria for large users (think Apple, Samsung etc) AKP will be required to have more than one manufacturer and packaging company capable of producing at a certain designated rate. It is normal for these manufacturers to have total separation, therefore I expect the EM packaging IP will be required to be shared with AKP for which they will be required to pay a royalty for the use. No doubt we will learn more in the fullness of time. I do not believe it is helpful to post information over which we have no first hand knowledge.
