As I said, their balance sheet indicates insolvency - they have a shortfall of liquid assets to cover their short term liabilities, running at least $3.5mil. This is the very definition of insolvency.
They stated their remedy is to secure funding in the short term.
If they have secured funding it is in their best interests to announce it immediately.
No such announcement at this point in time.
This is what authorities, as well as you, are waiting on. End of this quarter will come the crunch.
