The only difference between this and the last 2 annual reports are:

1. They were under the ASX spotlight for poor reporting and not answering questions well enough.

2. They put down an expected cost of 10m or so - to turn the mass production switch on - over the next 12 to 18 months - of which the finance detail wasnt good enough.

Modus operandi exactly the same.
But they now realise they need to be more detailed now we are at the business end.

12 months on from here with proven chip, mass production, funding in place, and money coming in from sales, we will all be happy as Larry.
