FB states that the company's financial report represents a true and fair view of the companys financial position and its performance; that the statements are in accordance with the Corporations Act, including compliance with accounting standards; and there are reasonable grounds to believe the company will be able to pay its debts as and when they become due and payable.
A leading global accounting firm says the opposite and declines to give an opinion on the above matters.
