This raises more questions than answers to me.

• who was the previous fab company?
• who are the current fab companies (we know it's not EM)?
• why are EM registering multiple MEMS patents?
• what is AKP's role if EM can design and get the chips fabbed (AKP can be made redundant)?
• how much of the chip design is EM and how much is AKP, and how may this impact any future revenue?
• why risk using a Chinese company when the chips could be fabbed elsewhere?

Murky waters because AKP is consistently lacking in communication. As a market investor I need to understand risks, and without all relevant information I have to assume increased risk.
