The directors believe that the entities within the consolidated entity can settle any contractual disputes with customers and should any customers commence legal proceedings against the company, the directors believe that any actions can be successfully defended.

No problem, I reckon it's fair to say they've probably got Mark Leibler behind the scenes to pull the necessary strings to help them out should they get into any legal strife.
