It very clear to me that they are close to a demo. As I have said before, Fred would have raised extra cash if he thought that the demo was a long way off, but he didn't and he still hasn't. Fred will want to delay raising additional cash until after the demo so that he can do so on better terms. It may be that he might have to reach into his pockets or issue more convertible notes if the company runs out of cash before the demo.

If you see him raise extra cash, then there is a delay likely proportional to the amount of cash raised. So as long as you see no additional cash raised, then every day this happens, be assured that we are very, very close.
